Previous Week

I did:
daily consistent writing
facilitate fiber installation
slept an average of 4h30/night and work out
attended 2 meetings,1 networking, 3 supportive calls
50% of speaker training

I learned:
to allow flexibility and let loose
to give as I would like to receive
to investigate and discern information about healy
to work on the fears around public speaking
recognize beliefs self-patterns/emotion stability
the power of intention

Next Week

I improve:
time management, results-oriented, feel good now

I commit to do:
before take 5min to write my priority tasks for tomorrow
track at midday what I did and what is left
complete 100% speaker training
